This 3 Day Desert Trip from Marrakech to Fes starts from your hotel or the airport in Marrakech. Our journey begins as we make our way through the Tizi n-Tichka pass. Along the journey, there will be several opportunities to stop and appreciate the awe-inspiring vistas of the High Atlas Mountains in North Africa.

On the way to Ouarzazate, we will stop at the Kasbah Ait Ben haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Once inhabited by the Benhaddou group, this fortified Kasbah emerges as a majestic sand-toned fortress with an interior that mirrors a cinematic set, rendering it an exceptionally awe-inspiring place to discover.

The 3-day desert tour from Marrakech will progress through the Valley of Roses, leading us to the Dades Valley where the striking Dades Gorges await our admiration. The evening will involve dinner and an overnight stay alongside the Dades Valley.

2nd : Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga desert

After breakfast, we will continue our journey along the Dades Valley, where the scenery will captivate us with the surprising sight of Kasbahs and fortresses standing against a reddish backdrop. The next stop on our desert journey from Marrakech to Fes will be the extraordinary Todra Gorges. It is an ideal setting for strolling and exploring remarkable natural rock walls, soaring to heights of over 200m.

Later, we will continue our 3 day Desert Trip from Marrakech to Fes through Rissani before reaching the Merzouga desert. Witness the sunset from the summit of the dunes and be amazed by one of the world’s most beautiful starry skies. Spend the night in a Berber desert camp amidst the Sahara.

3rd : Merzouga desert – Ziz Valley – Cedar Forest – Ifrane – Fes

Following a magical night in the desert, you will wake up to yet another extraordinary and awe-inspiring sight as the sun rises over the sand dunes. After breakfast, you will go on a camel ride through the dunes back to the village, where your driver awaits.

You will then leave for Fes and pass through the panoramic Ziz Valley with its vibrant palm groves. Next on our itinerary is a visit to the famous Cedar Forest, home to diverse monkey species such as the Barbary macaque.

Later, we’ll journey through Ifrane, commonly known as the Moroccan Swiss, appreciated for its delightful architectural style. Finally, we will arrive in Fes and ensure you reach your accommodation to mark the end of your 3 Day Desert Trip from Marrakech to Fes.
