Terms and Conditions

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Introducing Morocco(“we,” “us,” and “our”). The following booking conditions constitute the foundation of your contract with us. By using the services provided by us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. By accepting to use our services, you agree that you have had the chance to review and have indeed read these booking conditions and that you consent to them.

Booking and Reservation

1 – All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.

2 – The receipt of the deposit and booking form does not guarantee or suggest confirmation of the booking. A booking will only be confirmed when we issue a written notice.

3 – A minimum deposit is required to secure a booking.

4 – Full payment is due by the specified date in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1 – Cancellation fees may apply. The specific fees will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

2 – Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of our suppliers and service providers.

3 – No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a trip once it has started.

Changes to Itinerary

1 – The itinerary serves as a guide that we strive to follow, but there may be instances where we need to make last-minute adjustments due to circumstances or events beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, road conditions, or any force majeure events. These events, whether actual or imminent, include situations like war, riot, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, substantial threats to human health (such as the outbreak of severe disease at the travel destination), adverse weather conditions, fire, and any comparable occurrences beyond our control.

2 – For the reasons stated above, it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your itinerary and we reserve the right to do so at any time, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity.

3 – We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives, and any additional costs incurred will be borne by mutual agreement between us.

Travel Insurance

1 – We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

2 – It is important to have adequate insurance that covers cancellation costs from the booking date, in addition to covering medical expenses, including evacuation and repatriation.

3 – It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance coverage meets your needs.

Health and Safety

1 – It is your responsibility to check and comply with any health requirements and recommendations for your destination.

2 – We are not responsible for any health-related issues that may arise during or after the trip.

3 – At the time of booking, you affirm that you are in good health, physically able to engage in all aspects of the trip, and unaware of any factors that might make you unsuitable or prone to illness or injury during the journey, considering its challenges and purposes.

4 – If, for any reason, you cannot provide this confirmation or have a medical condition or disability that may affect your trip, please reach out to us. We will assist you in determining the most suitable trip for your needs.

5 – Kindly inform us of any special requests before completing your booking. We will make every effort, or coordinate with our suppliers, to accommodate such requests whenever feasible. However, the acknowledgement or receipt of a special request by the supplier or its inclusion in any other documentation does not guarantee that the request will be met. Until explicitly confirmed, all special requests are subject to availability.

Passports and Visas

1 – It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and any required visas for your travel.

2 – We can provide information and assistance, but the ultimate responsibility lies with you. Check Morocco MFA for more info.

3 – If your failure to possess essential travel or other documents leads to the imposition of fines, surcharges, or other financial penalties on us, you are obligated to reimburse us for the incurred expenses.

Liability

1 – We commit to ensuring that the trip arrangements stipulated in our contract with you are executed, performed, or provided with a reasonable degree of skill and care.

2 – We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, death or any other claim of any description whatsoever resulting from acts of nature, force majeure, or other unforeseen or unavoidable events.

3 – We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers.

4 – We are not responsible for any claims of any description whatsoever that results from your act(s) and/or omission(s).

5 – We cannot accept liability for any services that are not explicitly outlined in our contract. This includes additional services that a supplier may agree to offer or arrange on your behalf, provided we have not agreed to include or arrange such services as part of our contract. Additional services refer to any activities not included in your contracted trip arrangements, which a supplier agrees to provide or organize for you during your time away.

6 – You accept the responsibility for any damage or loss arising from your actions. Full payment for such damage or loss (Estimated, if not precisely known) must be directed to the service provider, supplier, or us. If the actual cost of the loss or damage surpasses the initially estimated amount, you are required to settle the difference once the precise amount is determined. If the actual cost is lower than the estimated amount paid, the surplus will be refunded to you.

Client Conduct

1 – We expect all clients to show consideration for others. In our reasonable judgment or in the reasonable judgment of any other authoritative person, if your behaviour poses or is likely to pose a threat, disturbance, or distress to our staff, any third party, or property damage, we reserve the right to terminate your trip without prior notice.

2 – No reimbursements will be issued, and we will not cover any expenses or costs resulting from the termination. Additionally, you are required to reimburse us for any losses or expenses that may arise due to your actions.

3 – We reserve the right to refuse service to any client whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

4 – Clients are expected to follow the laws and regulations of the destination they visit.

Data Protection Act

We may need to request specific personal information from you, such as dietary requirements, and disability/medical details. We will treat this data with confidentially and it will be accessible for your inspection during our regular working hours. If essential for the suppliers to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, this information will be shared with them.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Introducing Morocco reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
