Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Introducing Morocco (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions form the foundation of your agreement with us. When you use our services and make a booking, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms. You also confirm that you have had the chance to review and have indeed read these booking conditions, and you consent to them.
1.1. All bookings and reservations depend on availability.
1.2. A non-refundable minimum deposit is necessary to secure a booking. This amount will be specified when you book.
1.3. Receiving your deposit and booking form does not confirm your booking. We will only confirm a booking once we issue a written booking confirmation.
1.4. Full payment is due by the date stated in your booking confirmation. If you fail to make full payment by this date, we may cancel your booking. In such cases, you may forfeit any deposit paid.
2.1. Cancellation fees will apply. Your booking confirmation will clearly outline the specific fees and deadlines. These fees depend on how close your cancellation is to your trip departure date.
2.2. All refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. They also follow the terms and conditions of our suppliers and service providers. Consequently, we will process any applicable refunds within 21 business days.
2.3. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of a trip, services, or activities once the trip has begun. This applies regardless of the reason for non-use.
3.1. We reserve the right to change your itinerary at any time, even after your trip has started. This may happen if unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (as defined in the Force Majeure section below) make changes necessary. We will notify you of any significant changes as early as possible.
3.2. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternative arrangements of a similar standard. If an alternative results in a lower cost, we will refund the difference to you. Conversely, if an alternative costs more, we will try to cover reasonable additional expenses. However, you may be responsible for any significant additional costs. We will mutually agree on these.
4.1. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This protects you against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or other travel disruptions.
4.2. You are responsible for ensuring your travel insurance is comprehensive. It should cover, at a minimum, trip cancellation and interruption from the date of booking. It must also cover medical emergencies (including COVID-19 related incidents), medical evacuation, and repatriation.
4.3. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your insurance coverage meets your specific needs. You must be adequately covered for your entire journey. We are not responsible for any costs you incur due to a lack of comprehensive travel insurance.
5.1. You are responsible for checking and complying with all health requirements, recommendations, and vaccinations for your destination. For general health advice before traveling, you can consult resources like the World Health Organization (WHO) travel health page.
5.2. We are not responsible for any health-related issues that may arise during or after your trip.
5.3. By booking, you confirm that you are prepared for the general physical demands of your chosen trip. To help us ensure your safety and enjoyment, and to provide a suitable experience, you must inform us at the time of booking of any existing medical conditions, disabilities, or other factors that might affect your participation or require special consideration.
5.4. If you have any medical condition or disability that may affect your trip, it is essential that you inform us before booking. We will then openly discuss and assess whether we can reasonably accommodate your needs within the scope of the chosen trip and its activities. Your safety and well-being are our priority. Therefore, if, after careful consideration and exploring reasonable adjustments, we determine that we cannot ensure your safety or the safety of others, or if the inherent nature of the trip cannot be modified to safely accommodate your specific requirements, we will, as a last resort, advise on alternative trips or regretfully inform you that we cannot proceed with the booking.
5.5. You must inform us of any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, rooming preferences) when you book. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate these requests, or coordinate with our suppliers. However, we cannot guarantee that all special requests will be met. Acknowledging or receiving a special request does not guarantee its fulfillment. All special requests depend on availability and confirmation.
6.1. We may provide general information or assistance regarding passport and visa requirements. However, this is for guidance only. You are solely responsible for possessing a valid passport with sufficient validity (typically at least six months beyond your intended departure date from Morocco). You must also have all necessary visas, permits, and health certificates for your entire journey. For official visa information, you can often consult the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
6.2. If your failure to possess essential travel documents (including valid passport, visas, or health certificates) leads to fines, surcharges, delays, or other financial penalties imposed on us by any third party (e.g., airlines, immigration authorities), you must reimburse us in full for all incurred expenses.
7.1. We commit to providing the trip arrangements outlined in your confirmed booking with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for any actions or omissions of third-party suppliers over whom we have no direct control.
7.2. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, or any other claim resulting from acts of nature, Force Majeure events (as defined below), or other unforeseen or unavoidable events.
7.3. Moreover, we are not responsible for any claims whatsoever that result from your actions or omissions.
7.4. We cannot accept responsibility for any services not explicitly detailed in your confirmed booking. This includes additional services a supplier may offer or arrange on your behalf, unless we have agreed to include or arrange them as part of our contract.
7.5. Our responsibility for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services that are the subject of the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7.6. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by your actions or omissions. This includes damage to property (like accommodations, vehicles, or equipment) or to any third party during your trip. You must pay for such damage or loss directly to the service provider, supplier, or us. If the actual cost of the damage or loss exceeds an initial estimate, you must pay the difference promptly. Alternatively, if the actual cost is lower than the amount paid, we will refund the surplus.
8.1. We expect all clients to behave respectfully. This means showing consideration for others, including fellow travelers, local residents, and our staff and suppliers. If, in our reasonable judgment (or the reasonable judgment of any other authoritative person), your behavior poses or is likely to pose a danger, threat, disturbance, distress to our staff, any third party, or damage to property, we reserve the right to terminate your trip immediately without prior notice.
8.2. In such cases, we will not issue any refunds or reimbursements for unused portions of the trip. Furthermore, we will not be responsible for any expenses or costs you incur due to the termination. You will also be liable for any losses or expenses (including legal fees) we or our suppliers incur because of your actions.
8.3. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service to any client whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
8.4. Clients must follow the laws and regulations of Morocco and any other destination they visit.
8.5. Clients must also adhere to the instructions of our staff and suppliers regarding health, safety, and operational procedures.
We gather personal information from you, including dietary needs, health details, and emergency contacts. This information helps us arrange your booking and deliver our services effectively. Rest assured, we handle your data with strict confidentiality and always follow relevant data protection laws. We only share this information with our suppliers and service providers when it’s necessary to fulfill our promises to you. By making a booking, you agree to this use and sharing of your personal data.
“Force Majeure” refers to any event beyond our, or our supplier’s, control. These are events whose consequences could not have been avoided even with all reasonable measures. Such events, whether actual or imminent, include but are not limited to: war, riot, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, pandemics, epidemics, significant threats to human health (such as severe disease outbreaks at the travel destination), adverse weather conditions, fire, technical problems with transport, closed or congested airports/ports, and any comparable occurrences.
11.1. Should you have a complaint during your trip, please inform your guide/driver or our local representative immediately. This crucial step allows us to resolve the issue promptly while you are still traveling.
11.2. If the problem cannot be resolved locally, or if you wish to make a formal complaint after your trip, you must submit it in writing to introducingmoroccotours@gmail.com within 30 days of the trip completion date.
11.3. Upon receiving your complaint, we will acknowledge it within 5 business days. We will then endeavor to investigate thoroughly and provide a full response within 30 business days.
12.1. You agree that we may take photographs and videos during your trip for marketing and promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and in our brochures.
12.2. By participating in the tour, you consent to the use of your image in such materials without compensation or further notice. If you do not wish to be included in any marketing materials, please inform us in writing prior to your trip commencement.
13.1. Any optional activities, excursions, or services not expressly included in your confirmed itinerary are not part of your contract with us. While our guides or local representatives may provide information or assistance in arranging such activities, we act solely as a booking agent for the local provider.
13.2. Your participation in such activities is entirely at your own risk, and we accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from these independent arrangements.
14.1. We encourage all our clients to embrace and respect the local culture, traditions, and customs of Morocco. This includes being mindful of dress codes, local etiquette, and environmental practices.
14.2. By traveling with us, you agree to act in a manner that contributes positively to the local communities and minimizes environmental impact.
These Terms and Conditions, along with your booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Introducing Morocco concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether electronic, oral, or written.
Introducing Morocco reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates. The Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your booking will govern your contract with us.
